"MAKE IT VISIBLE"
UNCONSCIOUS BIAS TRAINING
2x2.5 hours | Online | De & En
In this training we teach you to recognise unconscious thought patterns and stereotypes in yourself, others and within your organisation - and to act against them. We question our own perception, learn to understand our brain better and in the end you are able to better prevent discrimination in, for example, HR decisions.
3x2.5 hours | Online | De & En
This training is about an inclusive and diverse working culture and what managers can do to establish it. The focus is on forms of sexism and the question of how you can empathically respond to the needs of your employees and lead them on an equal footing. No prior knowledge is required for the workshop - just a sense of justice.
»THROUGH THE GLASS CEILING«
WORKSHOP FOR WOMEN *
2x3 hours | Online | De & En
This this a workshop primarily aimed at women, also open to non-binary people. We talk about facets of sexism in the workplace and validate your personal experiences. Topics include power dynamics, gendered speech, boundaries and emotional work. We develop strategies to improve your individual situation and the wellbeing of your colleagues. Finally, you will learn how to pass this knowledge on to your company.
WHAT PARTICIPANTS SAY
"IN-VISIBLE manages to create a safe space each time and lets us completely forget that we are actually in a Zoom meeting right now.”
Christian Binninger, Founder WeCreation
"The Unconscious Bias Workshop has given me the opportunity to learn more about myself. I could ask all kinds of questions and the moderator gave these questions speace. She had an excellent feeling for the psychological safety in the team and a great way of making everyone feel that."
"Everyone has unconscious biases – but it doesn’t make you a bad person. Its more about what you make out of it. For me personally, I took away how I can work on making them more visible for me. In-Visible has done a great job, the workshop was very interesting."
