"MAKE IT VISIBLE"

  UNCONSCIOUS BIAS TRAINING

2x2.5 hours | Online | De & En

 

In this training we teach you to recognise unconscious thought patterns and stereotypes in yourself, others and within your organisation - and to act against them. We question our own perception, learn to understand our brain better and in the end you are able to better prevent discrimination in, for example, HR decisions.

LEADERSHIP TRAINING

3x2.5 hours | Online | De & En 

 

This training is about an inclusive and diverse working culture and what managers can do to establish it. The focus is on forms of sexism and the question of how you can empathically respond to the needs of your employees and lead them on an equal footing. No prior knowledge is required for the workshop - just a sense of justice.

WORKSHOP FOR WOMEN* AND
NON-BINARY PEOPLE

2x3 hours | Online | De & En 

 

This workshop primarily aimed at (self-identifying) women and non-binary people. We talk about facets of sexism in the workplace and validate your personal experiences. Topics include power dynamics, gendered speech, boundaries and emotional work. We develop strategies to improve your individual situation and the wellbeing of your colleagues. Finally, you will learn how to pass this knowledge on to your company.
