In the following I will inform you about the collection of personal data when using our website. 

 

The term "personal data" refers to all data that can be related to you personally. This includes, for example, name, address, e-mail addresses and user behaviour. With regard to the other terms, in particular the terms "processing" and "consent", we refer you to the legal data protection definitions.

As a matter of principle, we only process personal data to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website and the content and services we offer. The processing of personal data takes place regularly only if you have given us your consent or if processing is permitted by legal regulations.

Your personal data will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies. In addition, your personal data may be stored if this is provided for by national or European regulations to which we are subject. In this case, the data will be blocked or deleted when the storage period prescribed in the respective regulations has expired. Processing of personal data when using our website for information purposes

If you access our website without registering or otherwise providing us with information ("Informational Use"), we only collect the personal data that your web browser sends to our server. The aforementioned data is also stored in so-called log files on our servers. A storage of these data together with other personal data of you does not take place. Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform through which we can make our products and services visible to you. Your data may be stored through the Wix.com data repository, databases and general Wix.com applications. You store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  The collection and temporary storage of the IP address is necessary to enable the display of our website on your end device. For this purpose, your IP address must be stored for the duration of your visit to our website. The storage in log files serves to ensure the functionality and optimisation of our website as well as to ensure the security of our information technology systems. These data are not evaluated for marketing purposes. Our legitimate interest in data processing lies in the aforementioned purposes. The above data for the provision of our website will be deleted when the respective session has ended. The collection of the above data for the provision of our website and the storage of this data in log files is mandatory for the operation of our website. There is no possibility to object.

Processing of personal data by cookies

We use so-called cookies on our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on the storage medium of your terminal device, for example on a hard disk, and are stored on your computer's hard drive. 

Our legitimate interest in data processing lies in the aforementioned purposes.

If you contact us by e-mail, the personal data you send us with your e-mail will be stored. The processing of the above personal data is used solely to process your enquiries. You can object to the storage of your personal data at any time. We would like to point out that in this case your request cannot be processed any further. You can declare your revocation or objection by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address given in the imprint.

 

 

Google Analytics

On our website we use "Google Analytics", a web analysis service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter referred to as "Google"). Google uses cookies, which are small text files placed on your device, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of our website will generally be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. If anonymisation of the IP address to be transmitted by the cookie is activated on the website ("IP anonymisation"), your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to and truncated by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of our website on our behalf, compiling reports on website usage and providing other services to us relating to website usage and internet usage. Pseudonymous usage profiles can be created from the processed data. The IP address transmitted during the use of Google Analytics is not combined with other data from Google.

 

 

We use Google Analytics only with the IP anonymization activated as described above. This means that your IP address will only be processed by Google in abbreviated form. A personal reference can thus be excluded.

We use Google Analytics for the purpose of analysing the use of our website and continuously improving individual functions and offers as well as the user experience. Through the statistical evaluation of user behaviour, we can improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. This is also our legitimate interest in the processing of the above data by Google.
