Our working approach is collaborative. We see ourselves less as a classic service provider and more as a partner. We invite our customers to get creative with us. But even beyond the contact with customers, we see ourselves as part of a larger community. A community that works together to drive change. In concrete terms, this means: we (un)learn together.

Equality concerns us all. Whether in a start-up or in a group, in a foundation or in public administration. And that's exactly why our customers are diverse. We have implemented workshops and delivered inputs, developed diversity recruiting strategies and redesigned working cultures.

We cannot change the world of work alone. We don't want that either. In our cooperation partners we have found reliable accomplices with whom we create concrete offers that complement each other.


We developed an online unconscious bias learning program with Troodi and a reflection tool for meetings with Time2Talk. Knowledge exchange and diverse perspectives are crucial cornerstones for our topics. Our network consists of various allies that support each other to promote diversity.
