IN-VISIBLE offers many different formats. It's easy to lose track. Here you will find answers to the questions we are asked most often. If that doesn't help, please don't hesitate to contact us directly.

Collaboration

I'm interested in working with you, but I'm not yet sure if it's the right fit: How can I get to know IN-VISIBLE?

We offer all potential customers a non-binding appointment with us to exchange ideas. You can ask all your questions and get an overview of the collaboration.

How much do the IN-VISIBLE offers cost?

Our prices vary depending on the format and effort involved. You will receive a price overview of our standard workshops by email via hi@in-visible.berlin; customized programs and consulting projects are charged at a daily rate.

Do you also offer workshops outside Berlin? Under what conditions?
Yes, we are happy to get out of Berlin. For this we charge the additional costs (travel and hotel), as well as a flat rate. The amount of the flat rate is based on how many hours we travel to get to you. If it is less than three hours, we increase the original price by 25%, if it is more than three hours per trip, it will be 40%.

Does it cost extra if workshops are held in English? 

No, the costs for our services are the same in English and German.

How interactive are the workshops/inputs?

It is important to us not to impart knowledge in a purely frontal manner, but to create a space for active learning and exchange. Interactive methods therefore make up a large part of the workshop time and our inputs also use small reflection exercises and question and answer sessions.

Do you also offer hybrid workshops/inputs? 

Our workshops take place either online or offline as standard, but not hybrid, as they are very interactive and experience has shown that a hybrid format always puts some of the participants at a disadvantage. We can also conduct hybrid inputs if necessary, please contact us.


I haven't read anything about coaching. Can you help us with this too?

Yes, we are strong believers of coaching. In collaboration with systemic coaches, we offer coaching for individuals or entire teams. Coaching can also be combined with workshops and, for example, accompany managers in the practical implementation of the learned content. 

Trainers

How do I know who the trainer for my workshop will be?

We reserve the right to find the best person for your team. We recommend booking two trainers. This allows different social positions to be taken and participants benefit from diverse perspectives. If you would like to work with a specific person from our team, we will be happy to take this into account.

What expertise do your trainers have?

Our trainers combine academic, professional and community-based references to the topic of diversity. Our academic backgrounds are in gender studies and related social sciences, psychology, economics and design thinking. We combine work experience from research, education, innovation consulting, communication management and change management.

Content

There is a lot about gender equality on the website. Does IN-VISIBLE also deal with other diversity issues?

We have formats that deal specifically with gender equality in the work context, such as our "Through the glass ceiling" workshop, as well as formats that deal with other dimensions of diversity. We take an intersectional approach in all of our formats, which means that we look at the interplay of social categories.

I don't read anything about racism on your website. Do you offer anything on this topic?

Yes, in collaboration with experts from our network, we offer formats on almost all forms of discrimination. Let us know exactly what you are looking for and we will put you in touch with our trainers.

Why are your workshops standardized? What does that mean exactly?

IN-VISIBLE has been around for five years. During this time, we have learned a lot, such as that similar diversity pain points prevail in many organizations - despite different industries and cultures. Our standard workshops are based on our many years of experience and build on this experience. Despite standardization, we conduct preliminary discussions with all customers to provide suitable examples and respond to your situation.

Can you also adapt your workshops to our needs? Is that more expensive? 

Yes, we are very happy to design content for you. To do this, we need to make a few arrangements in which we pester you with questions. The aim is to understand exactly where you stand and what you need. Based on this, we then create a format and adapt it until it suits you.  The costs for this are calculated based on our daily consulting rates. As soon as we have had an initial discussion, you will receive a cost estimate.
