For today's industry - the startup scene - we talked to Graeme du Plessis. He's the Head of Brand and Marketing of Factory - a membership organisation that offers a variety of products and programs for individuals, startups, and corporates in tech, digital innovation and entrepreneurship. We asked Graeme to answer some questions about gender representation within the start-up environment and learned that start-up hubs can do much more for underrepresented communities as well as to enhance gender equity.
